Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to gather insights about their mental health concerns, creating detailed clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide effective individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring each approach aligns with the client's specific objectives and cultural background.

• Assist clients during crises by offering immediate intervention and guidance, demonstrating the capacity to manage acute mental health situations with compassion and skill.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, including treatment plans, progress notes, and thorough assessment results.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, school counselors, and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• At least two years of related experience in mental health counseling or therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
