Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to understand the emotional, social, and psychological needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans accordingly. Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based approaches, ensuring a strong alignment with clients' specific goals and needs. Track client progress by collecting and analyzing data, adjusting therapeutic goals as needed to ensure effective treatment. Facilitate teletherapy sessions for enhanced accessibility, ensuring clients can receive support in a format that best suits their circumstances. Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions to comply with ethical standards and ensure continuity of care. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications Current and valid California state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD. Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients. Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while interacting with clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload efficiently. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to individuals facing diverse mental health challenges. Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems. Familiarity with community resources and referrals that enhance client support.
