This position offers a fully remote working environment, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home. While the work hours are generally Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, we maintain some flexibility to adapt to patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and creating personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs of each individual.

• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records according to HIPAA regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote effective and holistic care.

In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele consisting of children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for candidates applying to this position:

Compensation and Benefits\n
