Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, providing direct therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus.
