Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with and support patients from the comfort of your home while still actively participating in a cohesive team environment. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of patients, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that emphasize evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that promote community and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing mental health emergencies with immediate support and intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
