This position is designed for a remote work setup, which allows our Licensed Mental Health Counselor the opportunity to engage with patients through teletherapy while still being connected to an outpatient facility. Our work hours are structured, with a regular schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, which creates a predictable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial evaluations to assess patients’ mental health status and needs, using comprehensive assessment tools and interviews.

• Developing individualized treatment plans and coping strategies tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Engaging in regular therapy sessions with patients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will primarily be working with patients who are experiencing the aftermath of trauma. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
