Key Responsibilities\n

As a remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity needs, ensuring a more manageable caseload. Each client is pre-screened before joining the platform, allowing you to focus exclusively on delivering high-quality therapeutic support without the distractions of administrative burdens.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong interpersonal skills, alongside a supportive and caring demeanor.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or trauma-informed care will find these skills beneficial in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n
