Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A current, fully licensed status to practice independently (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being. Payments are made via weekly direct deposit, ensuring timely access to your earnings. Furthermore, our administrative support minimizes the burden of paperwork so you can concentrate on client care.
