Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, guiding them through the complexities of clinical practice and supporting their journey toward licensure.

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting them as needed based on client progress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to comply with state regulations and best practices, ensuring client confidentiality and record integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a critical member of our team, you will work closely with diverse client populations facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
