Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those who have co-occurring medical conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping clients understand and manage their complex needs, focusing on both psychological resilience and physical health improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of forging strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and comfort with various telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Walk with Us Rehab and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
