Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to treat a diverse range of mental health conditions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and collect relevant patient data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and management, applying de-escalation techniques to assist clients in acute distress.

• Foster a safe and respectful therapeutic environment, ensuring that all interactions are conducted with the utmost confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your ability to build rapport and understanding with each client will be crucial in supporting their journey toward recovery. Familiarity with pediatric mental health care and developmental considerations across the life span will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-A).

• A minimum of one year of experience in behavioral or mental health settings, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care frameworks and familiarity with contemporary research and methods in mental health therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
