Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to design and implement therapy interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to communicate assessment findings, treatment interventions, and ensure continuity of care through effective documentation and regular meetings.

• Provide case management services by consulting with hospital and community professionals, facilitating access to additional resources and support for patients.

• Complete documentation in an ethical and timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards regarding patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your understanding of the psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of all age groups will allow you to tailor interventions effectively. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients develop their individualized service plans to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• The ability to work anywhere from 10 to 40 hours per week, demonstrating flexibility in session scheduling.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience in outpatient therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy and group work, will be advantageous in achieving better patient outcomes. Familiarity with electronic health records systems and strong documentation skills are also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
