Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying both their immediate and long-term mental health needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific requirements of patients, employing therapeutic techniques that resonate with various cultural backgrounds.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including billing records, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop comprehensive crisis and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention strategies and wellness plans to promote stable functioning in patients.

• Create effective discharge plans that facilitate successful transitions for clients after treatment, taking into account ongoing support needs.

• Adhere strictly to current federal and state regulations, as well as our internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.

Qualifications\n
