Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' experiences and determine individualized treatment plans specific to their trauma history.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and resilience.

• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on assisting patients in processing their trauma, developing coping strategies, and fostering healing.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies to support patients effectively.
\n
• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, promoting an integrated treatment plan.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.

• Participate in professional development activities and case consultations, staying informed about the latest research and methodologies related to trauma care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on individuals who have experienced varying degrees of trauma. Patients may present with conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related disorders. Your expert guidance will play a critical role in fostering their recovery by providing personalized care and understanding their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a particular focus on trauma care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
