Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families facing relationship challenges.

• Facilitate both joint sessions with couples and individual sessions, addressing various issues such as marital conflict, grief, and blended family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to guide clients toward healthier relationships and improved mental wellness.

• Document progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments within our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in the field.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by Adaptable Life Counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidates will be skilled in working with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Areas of focus include:

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and a strong understanding of family systems theory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
