Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that align with client needs and goals.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of case notes, treatment plan reviews, and diagnosis updates according to company policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a commitment to each client’s journey and collaborating with fellow clinicians and support staff to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Employ innovative and creative interventions to facilitate client growth and progress, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Regularly prepare and submit session documentation that adheres to organizational guidelines, ensuring high standards of care and accountability.

• Coordinate with case managers, families, educational staff, and medical personnel as needed to optimize the support network for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 based on qualifications and experience.
