Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals and families via telehealth platforms, adopting an empathetic and supportive approach to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address complex family dynamics, individual behavioral issues, and relational conflicts, ensuring that each plan aligns with the unique needs of clients.

• Engage clients in meaningful discussions by using therapeutic questioning techniques to help them uncover deep-seated feelings and behaviors, leading to self-discovery and growth.

• Maintain and update comprehensive case files, documenting client progress, therapy notes, evaluations, and recommendations in accordance with state guidelines and organizational standards.

• Provide expert counsel on a range of issues including relationship challenges, divorce, parenting strategies, and stress management, helping clients develop coping mechanisms and solutions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support and effective referral to adjunct services as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
