Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to accurately identify client needs and devise tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy and psychopharmacological strategies, while continuously monitoring and managing clients’ progress in achieving their treatment goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, creating safety and relapse prevention plans, as well as facilitating referrals to community resources.

• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary clinical team, collaborating with colleagues to discuss case staffing, progress evaluations, and therapeutic recommendations.

• Ensure that all client documentation is maintained up to date and in compliance with clinical and legal requirements.

• Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and other stakeholders to enhance client treatment outcomes and facilitate comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n
