Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Thoroughly assess clients' mental health needs and challenges to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that lead to improved mental wellness.

• Implement and evaluate the progress of therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and wellness coaches, to provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to foster professional development and address challenging cases.
