Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, facilitating informed treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement customized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and life circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to address clients’ specific needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated care for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Safe Mental Space Therapeutic Clinic, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will also engage with various vulnerable populations, including individuals overcoming addiction, victims of domestic abuse, and clients from diverse backgrounds navigating complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
