Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to evaluate mental health status, personal strengths, and challenges, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of each individual.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups by utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing specific goals and interventions to measure progress effectively.

• Lead group therapy sessions, workshops, and psychoeducation classes that address pertinent topics and enhance clients' therapeutic experiences.

• Integrate close coordination with a team of other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide seamless care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Document treatment progress meticulously and in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders involved in a client’s care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, offering support and immediate resources to clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
