Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized psychotherapy sessions to individuals, as well as provide therapeutic support to couples and families when needed.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and formulate tailored treatment plans based on your findings and clinical judgment.

• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, offering consultation and engaging in discussions that emphasize integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families facing a diverse range of mental health challenges. As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work with patients dealing with relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disorders. Your role will be pivotal in supporting these individuals to develop healthier relationships and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of three years' experience in a clinical or medical setting, demonstrating your capacity to manage diverse patient cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
