Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient and their families.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
\n
• Provide bilingual psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish, enhancing the accessibility of our services.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to care, integrating feedback from professionals across different specialties.

• Engage in outreach efforts to promote awareness of mental health services within the Latino community.

• Stay current with best practices and research developments in marriage and family therapy and incorporate them into work with clients.

• Participate in regular supervision and consultation with peers to continually enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, working closely with individuals and families navigating various life challenges, including trauma, grief, mental health disorders, and relationship issues. Our focus on culturally sensitive care aims to empower clients from varied backgrounds, particularly within the Latino community, ensuring they receive the support they need in an environment that respects their cultural values and traditions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services within behavioral health settings.
\n
• Exemplary communication capabilities, especially in providing bilingual services (Spanish and English).
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster effective relationships with clients and team members.
\n
• Technical proficiency, including experience with EHR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and EMDR.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ individuals, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.
\n
• Willingness to work as an in-network provider for at least one insurance panel.
\n
• Flexibility to provide therapy services during at least two evenings weekly and one weekend day, accommodating clients' schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Metrapolis Behavioral Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a signing bonus.
