Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for adult and/or child patients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on the assessed needs of patients, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, and relational dynamics within families or couples.

• Document all clinical interactions and progress notes in the patient's permanent medical record, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention services, maintaining a calm demeanor to effectively manage potentially volatile situations.

• Facilitate communication with associated health care providers and coordinate appropriate referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
