You will conduct sessions remotely, utilizing secure telehealth technologies to engage with patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focused on managing mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Monitor clients’ progress consistently throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights to enhance clinical best practices.

• Advocate for clients by actively working to reduce the stigma surrounding mood disorders and promoting access to necessary mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
