Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while minimizing commute time. As a member of our outpatient team, you will engage with colleagues and share information through virtual platforms and scheduled meetings, contributing to collaborative case discussions and professional growth. We value flexibility; therefore, while our standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be some scheduling adjustments based on patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect best practices.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to empower individuals, couples, and families in their mental health journeys.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community connection while addressing common challenges faced by participants in a compassionate setting.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive coordination of care for each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, guiding them towards community resources and support systems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient privacy and compliance.

• Actively participate in professional development activities and case consultations, helping to refine practice skills and keep abreast of advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering group therapy and individual counseling to a variety of populations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a mental health clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
