Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, designing tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in regular communications with healthcare professionals, including physicians and psychiatrists, to discuss patient progress and coordinate care effectively.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organization policies and legal standards.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions, crisis counseling when necessary, to address emotional and behavioral problems effectively.

• Facilitate family meetings and consultations, working collaboratively with clients' support systems to enhance treatment effectiveness and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including adults, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise as an LMFT will be essential in providing effective therapeutic support to help clients navigate their circumstances with resilience and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working in an outpatient setting, providing therapy services.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite, to facilitate documentation and communication processes.

Preferred Experience\n

While only 2 years of experience is required, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, or related therapeutic modalities will be highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, enhancing our workflow and documentation efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n
