Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing therapy through various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Create and maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical assessments, in accordance with company policies and best practices.

• Foster collaborative relationships with case managers, families, and other health care providers to coordinate services and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Leverage creativity in therapeutic interventions to engage clients and help them achieve or exceed their personal goals.

• Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and trusting environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
