Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, considering individual, familial, and cultural factors.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy, primarily utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Engage clients in telehealth sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring confidentiality and comfort in their environments.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) software to document client progress and treatment plans effectively.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with community resources and services to coordinate care for clients who may benefit from additional support.
\n
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to discuss case consultations and best practices for therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule, ensuring regular attendance and timely arrival to client sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients including children, teenagers, adults, and families. Our clientele often presents with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. By understanding the cultural backgrounds and personal narratives of each client, you will provide tailored therapy that meets their specific needs and promotes holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license is required, demonstrating your eligibility to practice independently.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to deliver bilingual therapy services effectively.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with a diverse population including kids and families.
\n
• Respect and sensitivity towards the cultural and individual needs of families, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in utilizing EHR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology for client management and documentation.

• Compliance with HIPAA regulations and completion of required training programs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities like CBT, EMDR, or TF-CBT.

• Previous experience providing services as an in-network provider on insurance panels.

• A demonstrated ability to offer short-term individual and group therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
