Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths, facilitating tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing recognized evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes to track client progress.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Participate in creating and executing comprehensive, client-centered treatment strategies, focusing on enhancing emotional well-being.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and support of clients in critical situations.

Qualifications\n
