Core working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured but supportive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Virginia.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is preferred, contributing to the comprehensive care we aim to provide.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with an ability to inspire and motivate clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
