Work Environment\n

This position is designed to provide a supportive remote work environment, enabling you to manage your schedule while still being part of a dedicated clinical team. Your role will primarily focus on outpatient care, involving both telemedicine and in-person sessions as appropriate. You will have access to newly designed modern office spaces when in-person sessions are needed, as well as full administrative support that empowers you to focus solely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this crucial role, you will engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing complex dynamics and fostering open communication.

• Providing individual therapy as needed, ensuring comprehensive care for all members involved.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, adjustments to separation and divorce, and more.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other professionals within the organization to enhance care delivery and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage a diverse array of patients including couples, families, adolescents, and adults. You will specialize in various issues such as:

• Grief and loss
\n
• Blended family dynamics and remarriage challenges

• Communication difficulties among family members

• Adjustment issues surrounding separation and divorce

Qualifications\n

Our ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from both newly licensed and experienced therapists, candidates with experience in family therapy, telehealth practices, or working within diverse populations will be highly valued. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs is also preferred, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Whole Hearted Therapeutics offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 per year, with opportunities for uncapped earnings. In addition, our benefits package includes:
