Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video calls for adults experiencing emotional disorders, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related conditions.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and a network of therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to monitor client outcomes and refine treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring all patient interactions and treatment progress are recorded in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy for clients aged 13 years and older, using various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to discuss cases and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and couples facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes adults suffering from mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and emotional distress, as well as younger clients aged 13 and up. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
\n
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Proven ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders is highly favorable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and tools for psychological assessment.

• Experience in a telehealth capacity is a plus, as is knowledge of relevant therapeutic software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
