Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments for clients to understand their needs, relationship dynamics, and the context of their issues.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and solution-focused therapy.

• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients dealing with acute emotional distress, coordinating care as necessary.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
