Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in therapeutic interactions that address the complex issues faced by couples and families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs through individual and joint therapy sessions.

• Developing customized treatment plans to address issues such as family conflicts, grief, substance abuse, and life adjustments.

• Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clients’ evolving needs.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, individuals, and families dealing with a wide range of issues including:

• Alcohol and substance abuse problems.
\n
• Experiences of physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss challenges, including those stemming from separation or divorce.
\n
• Family dynamics such as conflicts among family members or adjustment issues due to blended family scenarios.

• Challenges in communication and relationship management.
\n
• Stress related to employment and health complications.

This variety allows you to leverage your expertise in Family Systems Therapy and other modalities to facilitate meaningful change in clients’ lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
