Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources. This foundational step allows for accurate diagnosis and tailored intervention.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and multidisciplinary professionals—including psychiatrists—to develop comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual or family.

• Implement effective crisis intervention strategies when required, performing risk assessments that ensure client safety and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions and contribute to psychoeducation workshops that empower clients through knowledge and support, enhancing their therapeutic journey.

• Actively engage in clinical team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
