Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate therapeutic needs and establish a diagnosis.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.

• Strong ethical grounding with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

• Experience working with various populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
