Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to clients remotely, ensuring their unique mental health needs are met.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' psychological states, relational dynamics, and family structures.

• Develop customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, focused on fostering healthier relationships and emotional resilience.

• Address dynamics through family systems theory, guiding clients in identifying and overcoming communication barriers and relational stressors.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, ensuring the safety and mental well-being of clients and their families during distressing moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists and healthcare professionals, to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, and substance use issues. Your expertise will aid clients in navigating their mental health journeys, promoting healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• A strong commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in all therapeutic practices.
