Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and confidential teletherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various telehealth platforms to create an inviting therapeutic space.

• Perform in-depth assessments of clients’ relational dynamics and mental health issues, synthesizing these insights into comprehensive treatment plans that set clear, measurable goals.

• Leverage your expertise in family systems theory to explore and address relationship dynamics, aiding clients in improving communication and resolving conflicts.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring client safety and addressing immediate mental health needs in a compassionate and effective manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health discipline.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with clients in therapeutic settings, emphasizing relationship-based therapy.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients through remote interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
