Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, accurately identifying clients' mental health challenges and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing proven evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care to encourage healing and personal development.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care.

• Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, enhancing therapeutic engagement and community support for clients.
