Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct outpatient mental health assessments and provide evidence-based treatments, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Effectively lead and facilitate crisis interventions, brief therapeutic sessions, skills training, supportive therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Perform thorough diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM standards, working closely with licensed psychologists and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate actively in Intensive Outpatient Programs by providing ongoing support and family inclusivity in treatment processes.

• Use telehealth platforms proficiently for client interactions, maintaining accurate electronic health records and documentation.

• Engage in interdisciplinary clinical teamwork to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Contribute to departmental audits and quality assurance initiatives, tackling complex clinical cases alongside fellow therapists.

• Incorporate best practices in mental health care, adhering to both state and federal regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
