Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brightest Healing Psychotherapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address various mental health challenges.

• Assessing clients’ needs and crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their emotional and relational goals.
\n
• Utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused therapy, based on client needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on treatment strategies that enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele who face various challenges, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, anxiety, trauma, and depression. You will support clients from different backgrounds and facilitate a safe, non-judgmental space for them to explore their emotions and experiences, ultimately aiding them in achieving healing and resolution.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Hold a current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
