Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions with clients, primarily focusing on video chat services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving low-acuity adult clients dealing with various mental health challenges. These individuals often require support in areas such as anxiety, stress management, coping skills, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients develop the necessary skills to improve their quality of life and achieve their mental wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently, including one of the following: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• Ability to work without supervision and demonstrate no history of disciplinary actions affecting your practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and rapport building with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms to facilitate clinical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While demonstrated experience is a plus, what matters most is your dedication to mental health and your commitment to continuous learning. Candidates with prior teletherapy experience or knowledge of integrative therapeutic approaches will be particularly well-suited for this role. Being familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, depending on your hours worked and caseload. A sign-on bonus is also included, providing an immediate incentive to join our team. Additionally, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring your health and wellness needs are well taken care of. We provide weekly direct deposit for your convenience, along with minimal administrative burdens, as we handle client paperwork and scheduling.
