Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients using standardized assessment tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to the needs, goals, and preferences of each client, while incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Implement therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in their healing journey.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.
