Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms to establish a clear understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, personal goals, and preferences, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client progress effectively.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and relevant self-care practices to enhance coping skills.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress and be prepared to adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring a client-centered approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
