Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Assess clients' needs through comprehensive evaluations and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches, to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including social workers and psychologists, to provide holistic care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy notes to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions and team meetings to discuss case management and development opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
