Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment for all clients.

• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients toward achieving their mental health goals.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with fellow therapists and case managers to deliver holistic, coordinated care that aligns with client priorities.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Provide psychoeducation to individuals and families regarding mental health issues and coping strategies to promote resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective client interaction and documentation.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach with the capacity to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable.

• Training in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a caseload and respond to diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
