Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Elevated Mind Psychotherapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth or in person, adjusting modalities to meet individual client needs.

• Assessing clients' emotional, behavioral, and relational needs comprehensively and developing personalized treatment plans that outline achievable goals.

• Utilizing an array of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to facilitate clients' growth and healing.

• Documenting client progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with clinical standards and support continuity of care.

• Collaborating with clinical team members in regular case conferences to review treatment strategies and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse array of clients who present various challenges, including but not limited to relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your work will specifically aim to help couples build stronger communication skills and guide families through crises, offering a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health issues and therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
