Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to accurately identify mental health issues and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities suitable for various demographics and presenting concerns.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s treatment are covered.

• Provide ongoing support and education to clients’ families to enhance understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain up-to-date and secure records of client progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development activities to continuously refine therapeutic techniques and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 available for qualified candidates.
