Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Perform thorough client assessments to identify mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices.

• Implement and adapt various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other methods to facilitate progress toward client goals.

• Maintain precise and detailed documentation of therapeutic sessions, client progress, and treatment plans to comply with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration with other team members, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest research in mental health practices.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical mental health services, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Strong skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
